Features
- High-precision filtration is achieved by fusing the floor magnet (ferrite)method and the magnet separator (rare earth) method.
- * Rare earth = rare earth
- Magnetic floor at conveyor bottom has been integrated magnetic separator. High-level- clarity is achieved by ferrous magnet and rare-earth magnet joined one conveyor. Floating fine sludge having difficulty precipitation and adsorption by magnetic flor and floating super-fine-sludge on the liquid surface can be caught at the same time.
- Reduction of primary tank cleaning ( reducing 1/100, comparing at MOSNIC TEST of sediment of sludge)
- Because of pump less for secondary filter, it makes initial cost, running cost, CO2 and maintenance frequency reduced.
- One drive motor can be for conveyor device.
- Filter Rating : 90% and 10～20μm over
