Two-Stages Filter [ FILCON (RDF) ] : Primary Filter

  • Filter for handling coarse steel chips and stringy "bird's nest" chips.
    Thoroughly filters coarse steel and stringy "bird's nest" chips that are problematic for scrapes conveyors and cause drum filter net damage and other problems.

Features

For combined machinary precision filteration, excellent coolant clarity is assured, 90% and 50 or 30μm over.
·Two-stages filter of a drum filter with the drum unit and a hinge conveyor installed in the drum unit.
·Precision filtering with a hinge conveyor to take out coarse chips and a drum filter to filter out minute dirts.
Handling curled chips
·Adopting a hinge conveyor for coarse chips enables processing of chip shapes that past drum filters disliked.
Magnetic particles and non-magnetic particles
·A magentic plate can be installed in the drum filter side.
